Our promise is to ensure our brands continue their storied success through relevant product, expanded retail distribution, and international growth all while continuing to be true to their founding message and origin.Heres what you will do hereHR Operations / HRIS : Responsible for leading data management, HR inquiries, HR reporting, on-boarding / off-boarding, and other HR operational tasks as assigned.Responsible for all data analytics and reporting; including training reporting and benefits reporting, etc.Provides metrics and reports to identify business problems and / or support business processes.Works with internal client groups to identify requirements for data reports and metrics.Develops and documents standardized, best practice HR policies and procedures, works with all systems to make sure data integrity remains at optimum levels.Onboarding & Offboarding : Coordinate with managers, admins, and IT teams regarding employee onboarding and offboardingConducts I-9 verification for new employeesCoordinates with the admin team to ensure new hires have badges and has building accessMaintain accurate, up-to-date electronic employee data in our HR systemsSend out new hire announcementsHR Coordination Responsibilities : Assist in all areas of HR, including managing systems, recruitment, onboarding, offboarding and trainingAssist in scheduling and coordinating interviewsLog all appropriate information into the applicant tracking system to help track candidate progress from initial contact to offerProvide ad hoc coverage and back-up coverage where needed.Ensure accurate payment for employee status changes, such as but not limited to salary adjustments for new hires, terminations, and leave of absences.Process and enter payrolls for both bi-weekly and semi-annual pay cyclesAssist with new hire benefit enrollment and annual open enrollment for all employeesYoure going to need this to carry out this jobBachelor's degree required3 years of work experience.Strong Excel skillsExperience working with Paylocity, Lattice and BambooHR preferred, not requiredStrong understanding of key HR processes : employee data management, performance management and time & attendanceOutstanding analytical, problem solving, and critical thinking skillsExcellent verbal and written communication skillsMust be self-directed, able to work independently, as well as work in a team-oriented and fast paced environmentHighly self-motivated and driven to make an impact.Strong project management and organization skills.Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.Experience with payroll processing and open enrollmentStrong Attention to detailMarquee Brands Benefits and PerksYou'll enjoy coming to work because we have a refreshing company culture that is open, entrepreneurial, and fun.Competitive salary, and bonus structureHealthcare Benefits including dental and visionFlexiblespendingaccount(FSA)orhealthsavingsaccount(HSA)LifeinsurancePet InsuranceGenerous Vacation and Leave PoliciesAction Days - two (2) fullypaidMarquee In Action" dayseach calendar year to dedicate your time to a charity or cause of your choice.11 Paid Holidays : In addition to Paid vacation.Salary $70,000-$80,000 bonusThisjobdescriptionmay not be inclusive of all assigned duties, responsibilities, or aspects of thejobdescribed, and may be amended at anytime at the sole discretion of the EmployerWe're anequal opportunity employer.
