Job Summary
Deliver an exceptional customer experience by assisting branch clients with account services and transactional needs. Promote and recommend banking products and services, while also providing support to branch and department teams. Additional tasks may be assigned as needed.
Key Responsibilities
- Actively engage clients to recommend banking products and services, identifying opportunities for cross-selling.
- Deliver a consistently excellent customer experience to all branch visitors.
- Address client concerns and resolve issues promptly at the branch level, ensuring high satisfaction.
- Execute a wide range of banking transactions and services to meet customer needs, including:
- Processing client transactions
- Ordering and servicing debit cards
- Assisting with online banking setup and support
- Ordering printed checks
- Managing cash orders and shipping (if applicable)
- Handling branch certifications (as assigned)
- Processing stop payments, holds, and Regulation E claims
- Opening, closing, and servicing safe deposit boxes (if applicable)
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations when servicing accounts and managing account documentation, including:
- Bank Secrecy Act
- Customer Information Program (CIP)
- Beneficial Ownership regulations
- Office of Foreign Asset Control (OFAC)
- Trust and Fiduciary Account documentation
- Participate in ongoing training and maintain satisfactory performance on compliance audits.
- Comply with the Bank Secrecy Act, Anti-Money Laundering regulations, OFAC, and CIP rules, as well as all other banking policies and regulatory requirements.
- Resolve complex or unusual operational issues when possible, while recognizing when to escalate to management.
- Contribute to maintaining a safe and efficient work environment.
- Maintain regular, dependable attendance.
- Perform additional tasks as required.

Education and Experience
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required.
- At least six months of experience in branch banking preferred.
- Minimum of six months of experience handling cash required.
Salary : $20 - $23
