Key Responsibilities :

• Represent clients in all phases of business litigation, including pre-trial motions, discovery, trial, and appeals.
• Handle a broad range of complex commercial disputes, including contract disputes, partnership dissolutions, shareholder disputes, trade secret misappropriation, intellectual property matters, and fraud claims.
• Appear in federal and state courts, as well as arbitration and administrative proceedings.
• Draft and review legal documents, including pleadings, motions, briefs, and settlement agreements.
• Develop and implement effective litigation strategies to achieve favorable outcomes for clients.
• Conduct depositions, argue motions, and manage cases through trial.
• Collaborate with clients to provide strategic advice, mitigate risks, and resolve disputes effectively.
• Mentor and oversee junior attorneys and paralegals.
