Key Responsibilities :
- Represent clients in all phases of business litigation, including pre-trial motions, discovery, trial, and appeals.
- Handle a broad range of complex commercial disputes, including contract disputes, partnership dissolutions, shareholder disputes, trade secret misappropriation, intellectual property matters, and fraud claims.
- Appear in federal and state courts, as well as arbitration and administrative proceedings.
- Draft and review legal documents, including pleadings, motions, briefs, and settlement agreements.
- Develop and implement effective litigation strategies to achieve favorable outcomes for clients.
- Conduct depositions, argue motions, and manage cases through trial.
- Collaborate with clients to provide strategic advice, mitigate risks, and resolve disputes effectively.
- Mentor and oversee junior attorneys and paralegals.
