What are the responsibilities and job description for the Clerical Assistant to the Escrow Branch Manager position at Marquee Staffing?
We’re looking for an individual who has / is :
1-2 years of administrative work in an office environment
Strong analytical, communication, and writing skills
Detail oriented and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
Proficiency of Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
Highly organized and able to prioritize multiple tasks
Self-motivated and able to complete work with little or no supervision
A proactive communicator who understands how to ask the right questions to get the job done
High school diploma / GED required (Bachelor’s degree is highly preferred)
Responsibilities Include :
Provide administrative support to the Broker / Escrow Branch Manager .
Answer incoming calls and responding to questions / requests for information
Generate memos, emails,
Maintain office supplies by checking inventory and ordering items
Other receptionist duties as needed
Any experience from an Escrow office
Must have thick skin, and work under pressure
