What are the responsibilities and job description for the Medical Device Cleanroom Assembly position at Marquee Staffing?
Several Medical Device Companies in Lake Forest and Irvine, CA hiring for medical device assemblers for their growing team as production ramps up! These are temp-to-hire opportunities with a fantastic work culture and team! Catheter assembly experience highly desired!
Schedule: 1st and 2nd Shift, 5am start or 3pm start, Overtime available
Pay: $17-$21/hr
Responsibilities:
- Work in a clean room environment to assemble medical devices
- Use various assembly tools including microscope
- Rotate through tasks for specific production processes
- Conduct quality inspections on products and parts
- Prepare finished products for shipment
- Maintain a clean and orderly work area
- Maintain proper documentation for quality and compliance with GMP requirements.
- Complete appropriate paperwork necessary for maintaining good records.
Qualifications:
- 6 months-1 year of manufacturing experience
- Experience working in a regulated environment: medical device, aerospace, food manufacturing
- Experience using testing equipment: ohmmeters, voltmeters, oscilloscopes, functional generators
- Experience using microscopes
- Comfortable in a cleanroom environment.
- High School diploma or equivalent experience
- Able to read and write English language.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $17.00 - $21.00 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
