In this important role of VP of Clinical Services, you will be supporting our facilities:
- Develop, promote and monitor the quality of professional nursing and ancillary health services provided at facilities in accordance with federal, state and local regulations and standards in a manner consistent with the mission of the organization.
- Design, implement, and monitor clinical systems and Quality Improvement Programs.
- Monitor and report key performance indicators to the Chief Nursing Officer.
- Develop clinical programs that will enhance the wellbeing of residents, improve outcomes, and expand the services of the organization.
- Oversee implementation and maintenance of electronic health record..
Regulatory Compliance
- Working knowledge of state and federal long-term care regulations
- Strong decision-making and analytical skills
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Working knowledge of computer technology and systems to include clinical software systems
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and guidance
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
- Must hold and maintain a current license to practice as a Registered Nurse (RN) in state of consultation
- Minimum three (3) years clinical leadership experience in long term care setting
- Experience with multi-facility consultation or management
- Ability to travel extensively and work on-site in numerous facilities
- Must have a valid driver’s license
