- Ensure continuity of care and compliance with care standards
- Conduct audits, evaluations, and performance write-ups as needed
- Complete quarterly Continuous Quality Improvement (CQI) reports
- Must have a valid NYS Registered Nurse (RN) license
- Leadership and supervisory experience required
- Strong work ethic and dedication to team success
- Experience in Home Care preferred
