About the Job
We are seeking a Disability Support Program Manager to join our team at Marrakech Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the care and support of individuals who are deaf or hard of hearing and have developmental disabilities.
Responsibilities:
- Implement individualized service plans and habilitation programs
- Facilitate community integration and manage day-to-day site operations
- Orient and schedule Supportive Living Service Support Staff
Requirements:
- Masters or Bachelor's degree in Human Services, Special Education, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Experience working with individuals with chronic mental health issues, developmental disabilities, acquired brain injuries, and other disabilities in a community-based setting
- Fluency in American Sign Language is strongly preferred
Working Conditions:
This role requires driving an agency vehicle for work-related duties and may involve working flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
