Full Job Description

Associate Therapist - (MUST HAVE AN ASSOCIATE NUMBER)

Job type:

• Full-time (Mon-Fri) a minimum of 30 client sessions per week required. Sessions are 53 minutes each.
• 90% Remote w/ Two Office Day Per Week (Monday-Friday)
• Individuals, couples, Teens and Children 9yrs and older
• Clients are provided for you! You will have a case load of 30 in 5-6 weeks!

• $31-$33/hr

• Once you are done with your clinical hours and are licensed you can leave the practice with your clients to form a foundation for your new practice!

About the job:

• Create your own schedule.
• You will have access to your supervisor 24/7 via text and phone calls during your work hours when you need it. We are ok with hand holding and expect nothing less as a new associate :)
• You will be 90% Remote with only needing to have ONE In office day per week - You can Choose Between Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday OR Fridays! Your Choice!
• All Clients will be provided for you and you will have a full complete caseload with in a month.
• We have an amazing practice manager who handles all billing and anything related to the insurance side.
• We provide clinical support, supervision, collaboration and education.
• You will learn the ins and outs of owning a private practice
• Currently there are no medical benefits but you should be able to qualify for a PPO with covered CA. Guidance can be provided for this if needed.
• We welcome ALL new Associates!

Responsibilities :

• Remembering to always provide caring and compassionate counseling to everyone you treat.
• Timely completion of notes. Notes are simple (S.O.A.P) and include a diagnosis, progress note and your treatment plan.
• Attend weekly Paid Group and Individual/Triadic Supervision

Requirements:

• You MUST have an Associate Number provided by the BBS
• You MUST be able to maintain a case load of 30 clients a week. This is a 30 hour a week position. If conducting 30 (53min) sessions a week (6hrs a day) is to much for you then this will not be the right fit for you. If you would like to treat more than 30 clients a week you just have to let us know and we are more than happy to provide more clients for you!
• You must be professional and comfortable with dressing in professional attire.
• Must have LESS than 700 logged clinical hours
• If you are limited in private practice skills we will teach you what you need to know to be successful in a private practice.
• Must be reliable, flexible, professional, brave and enjoy laughing with a fun supportive team!

You should have some type of an office space at home(ex: no closets, beds, toys etc. in the back ground) You also must be willing to present in professional attire. Your initial interview will be from your office like setting. Is this something you have? (only back ground where clients can see needs to look professional.)
