Job Summary
Assist Club Lounge in fulfilling guest needs, requests and inquiries, to ensure superior service and value for our guests. Promote team work and quality service through daily communications and coordination with other departments.
Be aware and prepare for all in-house group meetings and VIP arrivals.
Other Essential Duties:
- Set up and prepare the Concierge/M-Club Lounge for daily guest use
- Set out breakfast items
- Serve and clear/clean tables as needed
- Tear down and cleaning the lounge at the end of the shift
- Anticipate guests needs, respond promptly and acknowledge all guests, maintaining positive guest relations at all times
- Be familiar with all hotel services/ features and local attractions/ activities to respond to guest inquiries accurately
- Clean all service ware for the Executive Lounge including, but not limited to, chinaware, silverware and cooking utensils
- Maintain cleanliness of the Executive Lounge
- Maintain supplies for the Executive Lounge
What we’re looking for
- Great storytelling skills
- Positive outlook and outgoing personality
- Previous guest service experience is a big plus
This role requires the ability to move and lift up to 25 lbs. Standing, sitting or walking for extended periods of time and ensuring a professional appearance in a clean uniform are also required.
