Job Title: Bartender
The Ritz-Carlton Lake Tahoe is seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Hospitality Mixologist to join our team. As a Bar and Beverage Manager, you will be responsible for preparing drink orders for guests according to specified recipes using measuring systems, issuing, opening, and serving wine/champagne bottles, and maintaining the cleanliness and condition of the bar, bar unit, tables, and other tools.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve drinks according to recipe specifications
- Issue, open, and serve wine/champagne bottles in accordance with service standards
- Provide exceptional customer service to our guests
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including the bar, bar unit, tables, and other tools
- Anticipate and communicate replenishment needs to ensure seamless service
- Process all payment methods in a timely and accurate manner

Requirements:
- High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
- At least 1 year of related work experience
- No supervisory experience required
- Certifications or licenses as required by state and local law
