Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service by responding to guest inquiries, resolving issues promptly, and promoting our spa services to maximize revenue growth
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of our spa services and amenities, as well as current trends within the industry, to effectively engage with guests and make informed recommendations
- Schedule services for individuals and large groups using our spa/salon reservations software system, and ensure seamless communication with guests to confirm their appointments
- Process guest payments for spa/salon services, manage cash tips, and maintain accurate records of transactions
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Less than 1-year related work experience preferred
- No supervisory experience necessary
- Licenses/Certifications: None required
