This position is responsible for maintaining the overall cleanliness and functionality of our hotel's facilities. Key responsibilities include responding to guest repair requests, communicating with guests to resolve maintenance issues, and performing routine maintenance tasks to ensure the smooth operation of our facilities.
The ideal candidate will have some experience in general maintenance, with knowledge of air conditioning and refrigeration systems, electrical systems, and mechanical systems. Basic computer skills, including inputting air handler schedules and making temperature changes, are also required.
