Main Responsibilities:
- Greet and escort guests to their rooms, opening doors and assisting with luggage transportation.
- Inform guests about hotel amenities, services, and local attractions, showcasing your knowledge of the area.
- Identify and explain room features, ensuring guests feel comfortable and informed.
- Transport luggage to and from guest rooms and the designated bell area, maintaining efficiency and punctuality.
- Assist guests with loading and unloading luggage from vehicles, providing a helping hand when needed.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; related work experience preferred.
- Ability to stand for extended periods, move quickly, and lift objects weighing up to 50 pounds without assistance.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on delivering exceptional guest service.
