• Assist with hiring, training, and mentoring team members to ensure they meet the highest standards of quality and safety
• Maintain kitchen logs for food safety program and food products, ensuring compliance with all company and regulatory policies and procedures
• Ensure adherence to quality expectations and standards, standing, sitting, or walking for an extended period of time, reaching overhead and below the knees, including bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping
Requirements:
• 4-6 years of related work experience
• At least 2 years of supervisory experience
• Technical, trade, or vocational school degree preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Familiarity with food safety and sanitation procedures
