Job Description:
As a Dining Service Attendant, you will be responsible for taking room service orders over the phone, answering questions on menu selections, and checking with kitchen staff. You will also need to answer guest questions or concerns regarding wine selections, place and log call backs for room service orders, notify guests and management of delays in service delivery, and communicate additional meal requirements, allergies, dietary needs, and special requests to the kitchen.
Additionally, you will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness of work areas throughout the day, recording transactions in the MICROS system at time of order, completing all closing reports, including MICROS reports, and processing all payment methods.
