Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Beverage Server to join our team at The Ritz-Carlton Maui Kapalua. As a key member of our culinary staff, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to our guests by serving food and beverage courses with precision and finesse.
Main Responsibilities
- Serve food and beverage courses to guests with attention to detail and a focus on quality.
- Set tables according to the type of event and service standards.
- Communicate with the kitchen regarding menu questions, product availability, and special requests.
- Record transactions in the MICROS system at time of order.
- Maintain cleanliness of work areas, china, glass, etc., throughout the day.
Requirements
- Able to communicate effectively with guests and colleagues.
- Familiarity with wine and spirits is an asset.
