Washer Operator

Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Washer Operator to join our team at The Ritz-Carlton Maui Kapalua. As a key member of the housekeeping and laundry department, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient operation of our laundry equipment and maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and quality.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor washing, dry cleaning, and drying machinery to meet company standards
• Apply correct treatment to stained items based on fabric and stain type
• Maintain accurate records of items washed, number of loads, and poundage of dry cleaning and laundry

Requirements

• No prior work experience required
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
