Education And Experience
Required:
- 10 years of experience in leading, architecting, designing, developing, implementing, and supporting mission critical systems.
- 7 years hands-on and leadership experience with JAVA development and relevant technologies and application development tools.
- Undergraduate degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Must have a hands on Experience in leading, building and consuming Spring Boot framework based microservices.
- Capable of creating and leading Quick Proof Of Concepts using Java Springboot framework or equivalent tech stack.
- Working knowledge in API platforms, back-end services, database and networking components of full stack infrastructure.
- Working and Implementation knowledge of standard Security patterns such as OAUTH, JWT, SSO and IAM practices.
- Expertise in automation, CI/CD, Release Management processes and Application Deployments to Cloud.
- Solid background in Microservice integration patterns, including SOAP, REST, SFTP, Streaming & Batch API, Platform Events etc.
- Delivered large-scale systems, with focus on scalability, latency, security and resilience.
- Highly capable of optimizing Microservices performance and E2E service flows with right tools and technologies
- Strong proficiency in Microservices architecture with experience architecting solutions on multiple clouds.
- Strong capability to stabilize and optimize Core platforms consisting API’s and SOAP services.
- Having good knowledge of AWS cloud and deploy the app through EKS.
- Keep abreast with the latest Cloud technology and PCI/PII data protection features and industry best practices.
- Proactively suggest and implement innovative solutions for platform optimization and improved user experience.
- Architect scalable, maintainable applications and detailed designs.
- Stay informed about emerging technologies and industry developments.
- Experience leading and managing end-to-end integration solutions development for enterprise software or hosted high-tech services.
- Successfully lead and managed development of cloud native applications using SpringBoot, React and Node.js.
- Working and implementation knowledge of OAuth, SSO and IAM practices and tools such as Sailpoint.
- Working knowledge in DevOps, Containerization and development of CI/CD pipeline and IAM practices.
- Broad and deep experience in Cloud, Web, API, Microservices, Search, eCommerce, Order Management and NoSQL technologies.
- Experience in the development and deployment of business solutions in Private Cloud, Hybrid Cloud, and On-Prem environments.
- Experience architecting applications that support multi-cloud provider and globally distributed deployments.
- Ability to manage multiple solutions across multiple projects across different timelines.
- Experience authoring IT standards, frameworks and patterns related to the modern application design
- Working Knowledge of architecture frameworks such as the Zachman Framework, TOGAF or FEAF
- Awareness of mission critical zTPF system architecture.
- Demonstrated background in architecting in an Agile-delivery environment, (e.g. Scrum, Kanban, SAFe)
- Passionate learner who actively seeks to learn about new technologies and approaches
- Active in the Open Source Community
- Excellent client/user interaction skills to determine requirements
- Comfortable leading collaborative design work in cross-functional teams
- Working technical knowledge of current systems software, protocols, and standards
