The FLEX Manager, Marketing Partnerships, Activation supports the activation strategy and execution of marketing partnerships across Brand, Sport, Entertainment and Lifestyle.  This role is focused on supporting marketing partnerships from strategy to execution including but not limited to: Experiential planning and logistics, Agency / Vendor management, and Onsite program management and post event follow-up. The Manager will support existing partnerships as well as ideate new programs in support of brand and business objectives.  A key requirement of this role will be working with multiple stakeholders across Partnerships, Brand, Loyalty, Sales, Content, Creative, PR, Legal and Finance, as well as external Agency partners and Continent marketing teams in executing partnership activation strategies to ensure seamless execution and pull through across media, promotions, events, on-property, at retail, and more. Ultimately activating all marketing assets within our partner agreements. This role supports the VP of Global Marketing Partnerships, reports to the Sr. Director, Marketing Partnerships, Activation, and collaborates with Brand, and Sport and Entertainment Marketing Partnership teams to deliver on objectives and further identify ways in which partnerships can be developed, supported, and amplified.

 

 

CANDIDATE PROFILE

 

Education and Experience

 

4-year degree from an accredited university in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or related major
4 years’ experience in brand activation, media, promotions, partnership marketing, international consumer marketing, and/or field operations/marketing, demonstrating progressive career growth and a pattern of exceptional performance.

 

 

CORE WORK ACTIVITIES

 

Activation Strategy & Planning

Supports the development and planning of buzz worthy partnership marketing activation strategies, leveraging brand, business, partner, audience, culture, market and competitive insights to develop the overarching partnership approach
Supports the development of overarching marketing partnerships and individual marketing partners activation framework to inform strategies, ensure activities tie to objectives, deliver on KPI’s, provide for 360° integration, fully realize the marketing partner value proposition, and maximize investments in support of brand and business objectives
Supports partnership activation planning tools and resources, working in collaboration with key stakeholders and cross functional teams, to create operating efficiencies from project from kick off to implementation
Supports Marketing Partnerships Activation Center of Excellence, monitoring and reporting on brand activation trends and insights across Global Culture (i.e. Sport, Entertainment, Fashion, Film, Music, Gaming, etc..)

 

 

Activation Management & Execution

Manages logistics and planning of pre, during and post event, in collaboration with cross functional teams as well as agency partners 
Manages Marketing Partnerships status meetings, trackers, and program reporting needs for Brands
Manages the Marketing partnerships activation calendar, results tracking and reporting of key activations across the calendar year. 
Works with cross function teams to ensure assets and opportunities available by partnership are activated and reported on
Manages partnership activation playbook, identifying new and innovative ways teams can pull-through and implement the partner through properties, products, experiences, and marketing.

Salary Range is $40.17 to $67.50.

Washington Applicants Only: Employees will accrue 0.0334 PTO balance for every hour worked and eligible to receive minimum of 9 holidays annually.
