We are looking for a talented Marketing Manager to join our team.

As Workforce Edge continues to grow, you'll have the opportunity to help support our growing success in B2B acquisition by building thought leadership and campaigns highlighting our education benefits management solution as a strategic tool supporting employers in their talent management efforts.
For our B2C / employee learner market, you'll work closely with the activation marketing team to assist in the development of marketing assets for key employer partners to share information about education benefits with their employees. In addition, you will develop content and manage direct-to-employee channel communications for our education partners.
We are a digital-first culture so this position is remote. Some travel may be required.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Build and execute strategic B2B and B2C campaigns and initiatives to engage employers and their employees and ultimately drive lead generation for prospective employer partners and employees interested in going back to school
- Oversee production of marketing collateral, including email, social media, digital assets, and on-site materials, including legal review process for new content
- Partner with the activation marketing team, account managers, and the sales team to project-manage partner communications, serving as the Workforce Edge subject matter expert
- Collaborate with the broader SEI marketing team to ensure consistent messaging and alignment of marketing activities across all campaigns and channels
- Build learner and client partner testimonials as well as ambassador initiatives to drive results within partner organizations
- Manage content development for social channels in partnership with other marketing teams and SEI PR team, including developing original short form content alongside sharing topical posts and blog articles, event updates, press releases, etc.
- Develop and implement marketing strategies for our education partners, using employer-owned and our owned channels to reach employees who may be interested in their educational programs, and serve as point of contact for account manager overseeing these relationships
- Support the automated marketing lead journey process, including import, tracking, and communications to sales; assist with campaign monitoring and performance reporting
- Assist with administrative tasks related to invoicing, contracts, events, and other projects as needed
- Anticipate issues and problem solve, demonstrating flexibility through dynamic business growth
