Job Description: Split Time HQFI and Voyage Program
This temporary role with split time between the HQFI Program and Voyage Program. We expect this assignment to go through October 2024 and not to exceed a total of 120 hours.
Voyage HQ Fellowship Internship Programs - Refresh social collaboration sites [Voyage and HQFI program] as well as intranet as it pertains to Voyage
- Complete development of HQFI Intern Handbook
- Refresh HQFI Hiring Manager Handbook and Voyage and HQFI Stakeholder Toolkits
- Refresh Voyage Ambassador Program toolkit and develop content schedule, templates, etc.
- Build templates for HQFI Mentor Program and refresh Voyage Mentor Resources
- Continually looking for new ways to evolve our university programs and processes
Marriott HQ Fellow/Intern Program
Provide a detailed, comprehensive, and user-friendly guide for interns to refer to throughout their 10-week program. The handbook aims to ensure a smooth onboarding process, a clear understanding of roles and expectations, and access to all necessary resources and support for their internship experience. To maximize its utility, the HQFI Handbook will be available online with a hyperlinked Table of Contents and hyperlinks throughout.
Develop a comprehensive and engaging handbook that equips Marriott’s HQ Fellows/Interns with the knowledge, resources, and support they need to succeed. To foster a deeper connection to Marriott’s values and culture while enhancing their professional development.
Salary Range $20 to 21 per hour
Washington Applicants Only: Employees will accrue 0.0334 PTO balance for every hour worked and eligible to receive minimum of 4 holidays annually.
