Job Summary:
Our front desk guest service providers interact with all guests to meet expectations and create repeat customers.
Essential Functions:
- Greet Guests warmly, assist with guest expectations, needs and questions
- Knowledge of hotel services and local attractions
- Process inbound telephone calls in a friendly and efficient manner
- Technical needs include handling reservations, checking guests in/out, billing transactions and handling monies
- Interact with co-workers in a friendly and helpful manner
- Act as advocate for other departments (housekeeping, engineering and food & beverage)
- Follow in-house procedure to help ensure the security of guests and employees. Know hotel emergency procedures.
- Assist with front office cleanliness, inventory supplies and manage market operations
- Assist in guest shuttle needs
Skills and Abilities:

- Excellent communication
- FOSSE experience is preferred

- Willing to learn and grow in other areas of the hotel operation
