Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Hotel Housekeeper to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining the cleanliness and overall appearance of our hotel, ensuring that guests have a comfortable and pleasant stay. This position requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Clean and sanitize guest rooms, bathrooms, and common areas according to hotel standards.
• Change bed linens, towels, and other amenities as needed.
• Restock supplies such as toiletries, linens, and cleaning products.
• Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly.
• Assist with laundry services as required.
• Maintain cleanliness in service areas including hallways, stairwells, and lobbies.
• Provide excellent guest relations by responding to requests for assistance or information in a friendly manner.
• Follow all health and safety regulations related to food handling and sanitation.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a housekeeping or cleaning role is preferred but not required.
• Knowledge of food safety standards and practices is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to work efficiently under pressure.
• Excellent communication skills for effective guest interactions.
• Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays.
• Familiarity with the hotel or food service industry is beneficial.
• Must be able to lift, carry, push, or pull up to 25 pounds.
