Responsibilities:
- This is a dual position (Room Service and Executive Lounge Attendant)
- Deliver food and beverages to guest rooms promptly and efficiently
- Set up trays and tables in guest rooms with attention to detail
- Take accurate orders and ensure guest satisfaction
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of service areas
- Assist with food preparation as needed
- Handle guest inquiries and special requests in a professional manner
Skills:
- Food service experience preferred
- Strong customer service skills
- Knowledge of food safety guidelines
- Basic math skills for order taking and billing
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Culinary knowledge is a plus
- Previous experience in the hotel or food industry is advantageous
