What You’ll Be Doing:
As the Front Desk Supervisor, you'll bring your hospitality expertise to the forefront by:
- Leading with Confidence: Assist in supervising daily front desk operations, ensuring the team is well-trained on guest service excellence, hotel amenities, reservation systems, and safety protocols.
- Coaching for Success: Monitor team performance and provide feedback or corrective action when needed. Escalate significant issues to management for resolution.
- Mastering the Details: Handle opening and closing shifts, follow up on guest requests, and ensure any unresolved concerns are communicated to management for follow-through.
- Creating Memorable Experiences: Conduct guest room tours, fulfill special requests, and provide concierge services to wow our guests.
- Pitching In Where Needed: Be ready to lend a hand with any other tasks that make our guests’ stay extraordinary.
What We’re Looking For:
- Marriott Experience is Required
- Skills: Strong communication, problem-solving, and multitasking abilities. Basic math, reading, and writing proficiency required.
- Flexibility: Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- Physical Requirements: Able to stand for long periods, frequently lift up to 10 pounds, and engage with guests with energy and enthusiasm.
Education & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- 1–2 years of hospitality or front desk experience, with leadership exposure preferred.
