The Role :

As a Complex National Account Manager, you will be the strategic sales leader for these two dynamic properties, responsible for :

  • Identifying New Business Opportunities : Proactively targeting key vertical markets and building a strong pipeline of potential clients.
  • Building Key Relationships : Developing meaningful connections with decision-makers to foster long-term partnerships.
  • Securing New Business : Negotiating and closing high-value contracts that drive revenue and position the hotels for success.
  • Strategic Sales Planning : Aligning efforts with Pyramid Global Hospitality’s vision and leveraging Marriott tools and systems to exceed goals.

    Job Requirements :

  • 5–7 years of progressive experience in hotel sales, with a focus on managing national or global accounts.
  • Strong preference for candidates with prior experience in Marriott Sales Systems and tools, such as CI / TY or MI Leads.
  • Demonstrated experience in the Chicago market or similar major metropolitan areas preferred.
  • Experience working with corporate, association, and group accounts, particularly those requiring high-volume, multi-property coordination.
  • Experience managing complex account portfolios, including multi-property coordination for Marriott-branded hotels.
  • Familiarity with Marriott’s Global Sales Organization (GSO) and its processes.
  • Proven ability to develop strategic relationships with key decision-makers across industries like tech, pharma, finance, and associations.
