We are looking for a talented Director of Hotel Operations to join our team at Marriott. As the director of hotel operations, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of hotel operations, including front office, housekeeping, food and beverage, and maintenance.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hospitality management, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to motivate and develop their team. You will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to improve hotel performance and increase revenue, as well as monitoring and controlling expenses to ensure they are within budget.
Key Responsibilities:
