*Eligible for COMMISSION in addition to base wage!

*Position is located on-site in Rocklin, CA 95765.

Essential Functions:

  • Identifies and qualifies potential customers through inbound and outbound calls, emails, and online research.
  • Educates potential customers about solar energy solutions, answering questions regarding solar systems, costs, and benefits, and providing recommendations based on their needs.
  • Manages and maintains a sales pipeline, moving leads through the sales process by conducting follow-ups and nurturing customer relationships until conversion.
  • Tracks sales metrics, such as the number of calls made, appointments scheduled, deals closed, and revenue generated, and provides regular updates to management.
  • Handles customer inquiries, addresses any concerns, and provides post-sale support, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Stays up to date with provided training on solar products, services, industry trends, and regulations to effectively communicate the value of solar energy to customers.
  • Ensures that contracts, agreements, and other necessary documentation are accurately completed and submitted for processing.
  • Additional tasks may be assigned.

Minimum requirements:

  • Must have proven phone etiquette and appointment setting skills.
  • Professional appearance, attitude, and motivated character.
  • Basic understanding of the solar industry and ability to persuade in conversation.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop customer relationships and updating upper management.
  • Excellent communication skills, written and verbal.
  • Office computer skills.
  • High energy level and works well in a team environment.
  • Able to take initiative and follow through in a timely manner.
  • Excel and CRM software knowledge preferred.

Job Type: Full-time On-site Monday-Friday in Rocklin, Ca.

Pay: $25.00 - $28.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
