Duties
- Develop and executes a structured orientation curriculum for all new hires in the Call Center and Canvassing departments, ensuring seamless onboarding.
- Regularly assesse the performance of new hires in the Canvassing and Call Center departments following training completion.
- Maintain consistent communication with the Marketing Director regarding training progress, effectiveness, and potential enhancements.
- Oversee efficient and effective staffing of all canvassing opportunities to maximize lead generation for the Sales Team.
- Directly supervise Canvass Field Promoters and Canvass Team Leads in the field to ensure productivity and adherence to standards.
- Conduct weekly performance evaluations of Canvass Field Promoters and Canvass Team Leads in partnership with the Marketing Director, using field observations and results-based metrics.
- Monitor team performance and provide constructive feedback to improve results.
- Handle necessary disciplinary actions in conjunction with the HR Department, ensuring appropriate documentation and alignment with company policies.
- Provide real-time coaching and support to field teams, addressing challenges and fostering improvement during canvassing operations.
Experience
- Previous experience performing door to door canvassing is required
- Proven experience in supervising teams and managing outreach campaigns, and canvassing.
- Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply.
- Background in sales or telemarketing.
- Strong negotiation skills.
- Ability to effectively communicate ideas and motivate team members towards achieving goals.
- Associates degree in Business or a related field.
