Global Supply Chain Risk Management Lead
The next step to advancing the Petcare supply chain is to use supply planning skills and processes to predict and mitigate potential service and cost impacts. The Global Supply Chain Risk Management Lead will use existing tools and data to create a forward projection of service by customer and brandtech and then use that projection to partner with regional supply teams to develop action plans to mitigate the gaps. Where the service and cost risks are related to deployment strategies, this role will develop a recommendation and work with regions to implement changes to deployment strategy.
What are we looking for?
- Experience with planning data and the ability to analyze and validate outputs
- Experience with customer based metrics – how to present service KPIs in ways customer facing roles can use
- Experience using metrics for forward projections
- Material planning or materials operations experience
- Bachelors in Engineering or Supply Chain
What will be your key responsibilities?
- Validate and deploy tools for service level predictions by customer
- Partner with regional planning leads to create business level service risk analysis
- Analyze service loss to create DRP process recommendations
- Lead rollout of material supply planning tools and processes
