What are the responsibilities and job description for the Patent Litigation Lawyer - NYC - Associate level position at Marsden?
I am working with a top US law firm on the growth of its IP litigation team in NYC. The team work across a range of life science and tech patent litigation matters and candidates with experience in either LS or tech will be considered.
The team is ideally looking for a mid-level associate with experience from another reputable IP litigation practice - either big law or a boutique intellectual property firm. A STEM degree is not necessarily a pre-requisite if your experience is technical enough, but it would be a bonus.
