- Greets and welcomes members and guests.
- Must be available weekdays and weekends.
- Removes golf bags from guest's car and carries them to the bag area.
- Gives all guests miscellaneous information that may help them in playing the course.
- Provides members with thoroughly cleaned and good operating carts that are stocked with towels, scorecards, pencils, and divot sand.
- Performs periodic cart maintenance, including washing and polishing of carts and minor special repairs. Updates cart service records.
- Ensures that the Cart Staging area and kiosk are always clean and orderly.
- Sets up the practice range for play.
- Continually replenish the supply of practice balls.
- Patrols the practice tee to pick up trash.
- Rotates practice tee area in accordance with the tee maintenance program.
- Collects, cleans, and replenishes balls at the end of play, ensuring that all range balls are in excellent condition at all times by culling damaged balls.
- Assists members and guests as they depart from the facility, ensuring that all golf clubs are cleaned and that a staff member carries and places golf clubs in the member's vehicle.
- Works closely with the Golf Shop staff to ensure that all club rules including dress code and beverage policy are followed by members and guests.
- Ensures, by being available, that no member carries his or her clubs to or from the range or in the parking or clubhouse areas.
- Attaches and detaches golf carts using a bar tow system for transport to and from the cart storage facility; no more than three (3) carts in tow at any one time.
