Applicants must be within driving distance to one of the following MMA Southeast office locations to be considered for this role and have the ability to commute to the office a minimum of t wo days per week :

Chattanooga, TN

Murfreesboro, TN

Lexington, KY

North Atlanta (Alpharetta, GA)

A day in the life.

As a Client Engagement Specialist ), you will :

  • Client Relationship Management :  Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as the primary point of contact for inquiries and support.
  • Engagement Strategies :  Develop and implement strategies to enhance client engagement and satisfaction, including regular check-ins, feedback collection, and follow-up communications.
  • Problem Resolution :  Address client concerns and issues promptly, coordinating with relevant departments to ensure timely resolution.
  • Data Analysis :  Analyze client data and feedback to identify trends, areas for improvement, and opportunities for upselling or cross-selling services.
  • Collaboration :  Work closely with sales, marketing, and product teams to align client needs with company offerings and ensure a seamless client experience.
  • Reporting :  Prepare and present reports on client engagement metrics, satisfaction levels, and feedback to management.
  • Training and Support :  Provide training and support to clients on product usage and best practices to maximize their experience and value from the services offered.
  • Continuous Improvement :  Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve client engagement strategies.

We’d love to meet you if your professional track record includes these skills :

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in client engagement, customer service, or account management.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to client needs.
  • Ability to analyze data and generate actionable insights.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Must have or obtain Life and Health license within 90 days of employment
