About the Role
As our Sales Consultant on the Employee Health & Benefits team you'll perform consultative selling to mid-market companies Employee Health & Benefits and Business Insurance are our sweet spots and we welcome established books of business.
This role focuses on the growth and development of a profitable book of business which includes:
- Assessment and recommendation of appropriate Employee Health & Benefit services and solutions
- Retention and satisfaction of existing clientele
- New client production
We're looking for a proven sales professional with experience in prospecting and outside B2B selling.
You should have a Life & Health License or be able to obtain one within 90 days.
Requirements
- Proven success in prospecting and outside B2B selling
- Life & Health License or ability to obtain within 90 days
- Knowledgeable with Microsoft Office Suite and SalesForce a plus
