As an Account Manager, your role is to ensure the successful delivery of services to clients by creating and implementing customized service plans. You are responsible for building strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs, negotiating coverage, and managing proposals and renewals. You will also maintain accurate client information and foster a collaborative service experience.Our future colleague.We'd love to meet you if your professional track record includes these skills : 3 years of previous Employee Health & Benefits insurance experience in applicable insurance products / lines, various funding mechanisms and focus on PEO clientsProvides dedicated support to a leading Employee Health & Benefits ProducerNegotiating contracts, leading renewal meetings and presenting at open enrollment meetingsBeing a self-starter; a highly organized problem solver with good time management skills to meet deadlinesDialing into the details, ensuring accuracy of the minute details of a project or taskStrong proficiency with Excel Spreadsheets, Word Documents, PowerPoint and navigating in Agency Management SystemsAbility to work on a fast paced, high-energy team while maintaining a positive attitudeThese additional qualifications are a plus, but not required to apply : Life & Health license preferred, or the ability to obtain upon hireBS / BA in Business, Insurance or related fieldGBA, CEBS, VBS or other professional insurance designation related to BenefitsExperience working with Applied Epic, agency management systemAvailable to travel for client meetings, as neededWe know there are excellent candidates who might not check all these boxes. Decisions will be determined on a case-by-case basis. In addition to the base salary, this position may be eligible for performance-based incentives.We are excited to offer a competitive total rewards package which includes health and welfare benefits, tuition assistance, 401K savings and other retirement programs as well as employee assistance programs.
