Position Overview : The firm is seeking liability defense attorneys with a minimum of 3 years of litigation experience. The ideal candidate will be proficient in handling cases from inception to resolution, including preparing pleadings, motion practice, conducting depositions, and trial work. Experience in reviewing claims files, communicating effectively with claims professionals and clients, and a strong work ethic are essential.
