About the Role

As a Remote Legal Recruiter, you will play a vital role in sourcing, engaging, and placing exceptional legal talent with our clients. Your expertise and relationship-building skills will drive your success in this role.

Key Responsibilities :

Talent Sourcing : Identify top legal professionals through job boards, social media, referrals, networking events, and other channels.

Candidate Evaluation : Conduct comprehensive interviews and assessments to match candidates skills, qualifications, and cultural fit with client needs.

Client Relationships : Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients to understand their hiring needs and deliver tailored recruitment solutions.

Full-Cycle Recruitment : Manage the entire recruitment process, from sourcing to placement, including offer negotiation and onboarding support.

Pipeline Development : Maintain a steady pipeline of high-quality candidates to meet current and future hiring demands.

Market Expertise : Stay informed about legal industry trends, market conditions, and competitive insights to provide strategic advice.

What Youll Bring :

Proven experience as a recruiter, preferably within the legal industry, with a track record of success in a commission-based role.
