Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to join our team as a Clinical Care Coordinator. As a key member of our nursing staff, you will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and monitoring patient care with our healthcare professionals.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure effective use of available resources while maintaining established standards of care and meeting desired outcomes within a suitable length of stay.
- Justify and document variations based on individual patient needs.
- Assist with management needs of the Nursing Unit.
Education Requirements:
To be considered for this role, you must be a graduate (or soon to be) from an approved School of Nursing. You should hold one of the following licenses:
- A valid and current compact state nurse license.
- Current licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the state of West Virginia, valid and current.
- Currently in the process of obtaining a current WV or compact state nurse license.
Essential Skills:
You must have knowledge of current nursing procedures and hold BLS certification.
