About the Administrative Fellowship

The 12-month multidisciplinary program, based in Huntington, West Virginia, is designed to provide fellows with a range of experiences in strategic planning, clinical operations, ambulatory care, digital solutions, network development, facilities planning, performance improvement and patient experience. Fellows assume a contributing role on the health care management team, providing a tailored fellowship experience based on your interests and strengths.
Program Highlights
Administrative fellows are salaried, part- or full-time employees of Marshall Health. Fellows are eligible for benefits including medical, dental, life insurance, retirement plan, sick and annual leave according to their employee status. Stipend is commensurate with experience.

- Applicants must have a bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university and must be actively pursuing a master's degree from an accredited college or university in one or more of the following fields of study or related degree programs: Hospital Administration, Health Care Administration, Business Administration or Public Health. Preference will be given to Marshall University graduates or current graduate students.
