Job Responsibilities :
- Searches peer-reviewed literature, Institutional Review Board (IRB) form submission, organizes and manages meetings pertaining to all research related projects.
- Edits posters and papers for publication.
- Collects data and surveys.
- Analyzes statistical and graphical data.
- Coordinates research and grant meetings.
- Coordinates clinical research trials.
- Conducts literature reviews.
- Manages and reconciles grant budgets, allocates monthly expenses, purchases research supplies, and creates workshop materials, accreditation applications, MURC invoices and deposits, quarterly reports, and cost sharing reports.
- Prints and binds coalition notebooks, generates quarterly reports, ships workshop materials, analyzes and manipulates data, and creates coalition newsletters.
- Manages workflows independently with excellent organization skills.
- Prioritizes quickly and appropriately with the ability to multi-task.
- Develops and / or maintains clinical research operational SOPs for the Division of Addiction Sciences.
- Maintains research equipment and storage facilities.
- Identifies new and potential clinical research related to the mission of the Division of Addiction Sciences.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
Education : Bachelor's degree in biological or chemical science, nursing, public health, or other healthcare related field. Master's degree in clinical research related field preferred
Experience : Preferred at least two years experience in coordinating clinical trials in an academic practice setting. Must be poised professional and able to communicate well, both verbally and in writing.
