We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Landscape Sales Specialist to become part of our team. In this pivotal role, you will collaborate with clients to realize their outdoor visions by leveraging your expertise in landscape design and construction techniques. You will play a critical role in creating outstanding outdoor spaces while fostering strong client relationships to ensure satisfaction throughout the process.

**Responsibilities of the Landscape Sales Specialist include:**

- Conducting on-site consultations with clients to understand their needs and collaborate on innovative ideas.

- Developing conceptual, schematic, and detailed landscape designs that balance creativity with practicality.

- Preparing comprehensive proposals and cost estimates to align client expectations with company objectives and financial goals.

- Promoting long-term property care by encouraging clients to invest in maintenance services that preserve and enhance their landscapes.

- Cultivating strong client relationships by providing attentive and responsive service.

- Collaborating with the sales and design teams to contribute to the company’s overall success.

**Requirements for the Landscape Sales Specialist role:**

- A minimum of 2 years of landscape design experience, including garden and hardscape projects.

- Proven sales experience in the landscape or construction industry.

- Strong design, technical, and visual presentation skills, with excellent verbal and written communication abilities.

- Basic knowledge of landscape construction and project logistics.

- Bilingual in Spanish and English is a plus, but not required.

- High attention to detail and strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.

- Proficiency with design and office software is preferred

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year

Compensation Package:

• Commission pay
• Monthly bonus

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday
• Weekends as needed

Work Location: In person
