What are the responsibilities and job description for the Scheduler position at Marshall Nursing and Rehabilitation Community?
Responsibilities:
As the successful applicant for this position, you will be
responsible for developing and maintaining the monthly schedule for all nursing
staff, including replacement of call-offs and preparation of daily staffing
sheets to ensure proper care for our residents. You will also be
responsible for tracking attendance.
Qualifications:
Qualified applicants must have
the ability to communicate effectively with facility staff. A successful
candidate will be a self-directed multi tasker with strong organizational
skills and excellent attention to detail. Candidates should also have
strong computer and math skills. Previous scheduling experience with in a
medical setting is a definite plus. A High School diploma (or equivalent)
is required.
