As the Program Manager, Construction you will be responsible for establishing a robust set of controls and reporting practices to support the construction team in all aspects of the function, including managing regular program reporting through all aspects of design, construction and close-out of projects; milestone management to ensure visibility of activities & highlighting risks, ensuring accountabilities are being delivered; coordinating inputs and outputs from all necessary governance forums; and managing the documentation and upkeep of the delivery process and controls.
The primary purpose of this position is to ensure all activity is visible and actions are being delivered by all stakeholders to enable delivery of the program.
The Program Manager will role model collaboration and taking accountability.
Location: Support Center, 6600 S Bermuda Rd, Las Vegas, NV 89119
Schedule: Monday – Friday, Weekends as needed, 40-50 hours per week
Pay: $90,000 - $100,000 salary

Job Responsibilities
- Program reporting, working with the construction team to document project milestones, keeping the programs updated, flagging pending activities to owners, and reporting on risks & mitigations.
- Provide regular management reports and insights for the construction leadership on progress, risks and upcoming required activities.
- Ensuring projects are being reviewed at the right time through our governance forums and processes to hit the required timetable.
- Coordinating documentation for governance forums, documenting the outputs, and ensuring actions are carried out in a timely manner.
- Creating filing structures for all project documentation and ensuring that controls are in place to keep these live.
- Own and control all necessary process and governance documentation is up to date and available for all stakeholders, as well as internal audit actions and follow ups.
- Coordinating and controlling departmental meetings, and external stakeholder / supplier meetings.
- Other related duties as assigned.
Salary : $90,000 - $100,000
