Additionally, proficiency in RPA tools such as UiPath, Automation Anywhere, or Blue Prism is highly desirable.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and optimize workflows using Microsoft Power Platform (Power Automate, Power BI, Power Apps).
- Implement automation solutions using Power Platform connectors and integrate with other Microsoft tools (SharePoint, Teams, etc.).
- Create and manage VBA macros and Excel VBA solutions to automate repetitive tasks and enhance productivity.
- Develop and deploy RPA bots using tools like UiPath, Automation Anywhere, or Blue Prism to automate complex processes.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to analyze business processes and identify opportunities for automation and process improvements.
- Design comprehensive automation solutions, including creating flowcharts, process maps, and robust error-handling mechanisms.
- Monitor and maintain automation workflows, ensuring they remain reliable and efficient over time.
- Provide end-user training and create documentation for the solutions developed.
- Ensure compliance with data security and regulatory requirements (e.g., GDPR, HIPAA).
- Conduct regular reviews of existing processes to assess their relevance and effectiveness in a continuously evolving environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Power Platform (Power Automate, Power BI, Power Apps) and experience in building and optimizing workflows.
- Strong knowledge of Excel VBA and VBA Macros with a proven ability to develop and automate tasks.
- Hands-on experience with RPA tools such as UiPath, Automation Anywhere, or Blue Prism.
- Experience with MS SharePoint for document management and workflow automation.
- Proficiency in MS Teams for collaboration and Visio for process diagrams.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify, analyze, and automate repetitive tasks.
- Proven experience in solution design and configuration, including the creation of detailed flowcharts and process maps.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Fundamentals or Developer Associate.
- Certification in RPA tools like UiPath or Automation Anywhere.
- VBA and Excel-related certifications.
- Certification in ITIL or other process management frameworks.
