- Problem Management: Identify, manage, and resolve problems to prevent future incidents. (Experience Required)
- Change Management: Manage changes in a controlled manner, minimizing impact on services. (Experience Required)
- Cloud Platform Knowledge: Possess hands-on experience with one of the cloud platforms (AWS, Azure). (Experience Required)
