We are seeking an experienced Power Platform Architect to join our dynamic team in South Florida. The ideal candidate will leverage their expertise to drive best-in-class adoption and enhance customer experiences through Power Platform capabilities. As a technical leader, you will architect, design, and implement solutions using Power Platform tools while collaborating across business units to deliver operational excellence. This is an onsite role requiring 3 days per week at the Boca Raton office.
Key Responsibilities: Technical Architecture & Development:- Design and deliver end-to-end solutions using Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and Power Virtual Agents.
- Architect and manage Power Platform environments while ensuring integration with IT, Security, and other technical teams.
- Build and maintain Power Apps portals (Power Pages) and business process flows using Power Automate.
- Implement and manage solutions utilizing custom connectors, APIs, and Dataverse.
- Develop sustainable CI/CD pipelines for Power Platform solutions and ensure adherence to best practices.
- Work with product owners, developers, and stakeholders to gather, analyze, and translate business and technical requirements into actionable blueprints.
- Guide and support cross-functional teams, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and Microsoft-recommended practices.
- Establish governance frameworks and processes for Power Platform usage and administration.
- Conduct technical engagements and rapid prototyping to showcase the value of Power Platform solutions.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in Microsoft Power Platform and Multi-Cloud technologies.
- Provide training and mentorship to both pro-developers and citizen developers to maximize the platform's potential.
- 7 years of experience in solution development using Power Platform and multi-cloud technologies.
- Proficiency in Power Platform tools: Power Apps (Canvas and Model-Driven), Power Automate, Power BI, Power Virtual Agents, and Dataverse.
- Strong understanding of the O365 platform, including Azure AD, SharePoint Online, and Azure Logic Apps.
- Expertise in relational databases like SQL Server and experience with APIs between MS applications.
- Experience in Power Platform governance, administration, and custom connector development.
- Hands-on experience with RPA, Dynamics 365 CRM, and web services.
- Proficiency in CI/CD pipelines, Power BI analytics/reporting solutions, and UX/UI design principles.
- Power Platform Solution Architect Certification (PL-600) or ability to obtain certification.
- Experience with object-oriented programming (e.g., .Net).
- Knowledge of Microsoft Azure and additional Azure certifications.
- Familiarity with PowerShell scripting and DevOps methodologies.
