Position Title Graduate Assistant Description of GA Assignment GA: Clinical Practice - The department will assign you to various tasks that will require you to provide professional service to MU students, clients of a MU Clinic, or other individuals in need of professional services provided by the office. Job Description Summary
- Assist and report daily to the Title IX Coordinator or designee
- Establish and maintain regular office hours
- Provide coverage at designated events throughout the school year (some nights and weekends will be required.)
- Aid in the creation, coordination, promotion, and evaluation of all Title IX sponsored programs
- Participate in the development of marketing strategies to promote Title IX around the campus to maximize the visibility of the Title IX Office, including through social media
- Engage in professional development opportunities

Education
- Full admission to a graduate degree-granting program at Marshall University.
- Must be able to perform all essential job duties as outlined in the job description
- Proficiency with MS Office and ability to use social media (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, WhatsApp, etc.)
- Self-motivated and able to work independently
- Excellent organizational skills, including attention to detail and accuracy
- Experience with program planning for small and large events
- Ability to work closely with students and employees in a professional manner
