This role will supervise training staff and resources, foster a collaborative team environment, and access training effectiveness while incorporating feedback for continuous improvement. The Director will manage the logistics of academic, customized, and apprenticeship training and serve as the main point for the apprenticeship training center. The Director will collaborate with external organizations to develop a training outline that effectively aligns with the company’s goals. This partnership aims to ensure that the training is both relevant and beneficial, thereby enhancing the skills of our workforce and fostering growth within the organization.
Travel will be required for this position.

Associate Degree
Experience
Five years of leadership role in managing training programs with work in a manufacturing environment. Five years of work in academic training or manufacturing processes. Applicant must have strong project management skills, written and oral communication skills; ability to use computer software packages including Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, and Salesforce database. Oversight and supervisory experience is required.
