Assistant AD, Compliance and Legal Services

Serve as the liaison to the area of Enrollment Management and other campus departments. ·Implement proactive education program; compile information from high schools and junior colleges which will assist the Registrar and/or Admissions Office with interpreting certification and eligibility forms.Provide interpretations of NCAA rules to Athletic Department.Determine scholarship equivalencies; interpret financial aid rules and regulations and communicate with the Conference office.Provide leadership in admissions of international student-athletes.Coordinate and monitor eligibility of initial enrollees through the NCAA Eligibility Center, as well as monitor and enforce student-athletes’ employee program including “The Herd Internship Program” for students with exhausted eligibility aid.Assist General Counsel in the review and approval of athletic department and university contracts.
